Posse Comitatus, a force to quell the unruly

The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 is a United States (U.S.) corporation federal law that limits the use of federal military personnel to enforce domestic United States policies, essentially preventing the U.S. military from acting as a police force within the colony of the United States. It is true that federal law prohibits the United States military from conducting "law enforcement" operations within the occupied borders of the Moroccan Empire [continental United States.] Elie Mystal, a democratic commentator, got the interpretation of Trump's political move, authorizing the U.S. Marines to provide support to the Los Angeles municipal policy enforcers, wrong. Donald Trump deployed 4,000 federalize California national guard troops and 700 active-duty U.S. Marines to Los Angeles (10 U.S.C. 12406 - National Guard Members in Federal Service) to quell an unruly mob hiding behind the notion of a "peaceful protest."

The Posse Comitatus Act was passed by a corporatize Congress, who took the place of the de jure Congress sine die, at the end of the Reconstruction period. The democrats want you to believe that the Posse Comitatus was meant to prohibit the federal government from using its standing "Union" army to enforce civil rights laws in the South. Actually, the Posse Comitatus Act was used to keep the European colonizers in power. In the 1860s, after the ruling of the Dred Scott case, many Moroccans i.e. Moors looked towards the federal government for partnership as their homeland was confiscated by )British, Dutch, Swedish, French, and Spanish nationals using foreign (common) laws. It is not surprising to know that the European United Statians rebranded the Moors as "Indians," "Negros," "black," and now "African Americans" to confuse the public about America's hidden secret.

If democrats like Elie Mystal really believe that the Trump administration violated federal law, why isn't he petitioning the California governor to sue Trump for violating Title 18 U.S.C 1385? Why isn't Congress stepping in and quelling Trump's orders? Some democrats wish that Trump take extreme actions and call the unruly paid mobs "Insurrectionists." These mobs aren't not professionals. They are not even a serious threat. Nevertheless, the National Guards and the Marines were sent to L.A. because the mobs were too great for the Los Angeles policy enforcers. As we have seen, Karen Bass, the CEO of Los Angeles is too slow to respond to heighten threats like the Los Angeles fire; and Bass does not possess the experience on how to handle immigrants who lack knowledge of United States federal policy. It is appalling to know that these mobsters were paid as high as $500 a day to be unruly.

So, why was the mob so upset? Claims of foreign nationals, who could not prove their right to operate within the occupied territories of the United States corporation, were deported faster than they can rebut any claims against them. These persons accepted an invitation from the Biden administration without any guarantees. No bonds and no obligations to support their claims to stay. Clearly, these foreign nationals didn't think their actions thoroughly. They didn't think that the U.S. military would intervene nor did they think that Trump would win the federal election.

The Marines was sent to Los Angeles colony to protect federal interests. They stood to guard federal property. Anyone who stepped on federal controlled land and acted with hostility was treated like an "enemy of the state." United States Congresswoman La Monica McIver knows this all too well. She is accused of assaulting two federal agents and is charged and prosecuted as a criminal. She was indicted on three counts for forcibly impeding and interfering and could face up to 17 years in prison. Although U.S federal court promotes every accused is innocent until proving guilty, the public outcry on social media believes that she is guilty.

In conclusion, the "peaceful protests" in the colony of California have already subsided. Whether Trump have violated federal law is now a moot point. These mobs are no longer a threat and their plans to destroy state and federal property has been quashed. The bigger issue remains unspoken: these lands are still occupied by the colonial, imperial United States. The Doctrine of Discovery is a legal document that all European currently in public office are afraid to address.
